STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR SCHEDULING TELEPHONE READINGS WITH CHIP:
1. Call (770) 921-3240 between
10 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time to schedule an appointment for your reading. If you reach our voice mail, please leave a message and either Chip or his Client Services Manager, Rebecca, will return your call within 48 hours. Calls received on weekends will be returned the following business week.
2. After you have scheduled an appointment, confirm the reading by making payment using Pay Pal. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Appointments are held for 24 hours. Please pay promptly for your reading in order to confirm your appointment and avoid cancellation. Please note: If payment is made using E-check (electronic check), funds must clear our bank account prior to your reading. This process usually takes 7-10 days.
PAYMENTS MADE FOR READINGS OR CONSULTATIONS ARE NON-
REFUNDABLE.
3. At the appointed time for your reading, you will receive a telephone call from Chip and he will conduct your reading.
If you are unavailable or do not answer your phone, your reading must be rescheduled to a future date due to a missed call.
We will provide ONE rescheduled appointment due to a missed call. If you are unavailable or do not answer your phone for your rescheduled appointment, the total cost of your reading is forfeited.
Occasionally, it is necessary to reschedule appointments due to last-minute changes on Chip's calendar. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience that may be caused by the necessity to reschedule appointments.
PREPARING FOR YOUR READING
Please set aside the appropriate amount of time for your reading with Chip.
Settle into a comfortable spot where you can be alone, quiet and undisturbed. Ask family members / friends to please allow you privacy during your reading. Turn off all noise-making devices (televisions, CD players, etc.).
The use of speaker phones or recording devices is not allowed during the time of readings.
For general (psychic) readings, please prepare a list of questions or topics that you would like for Chip to focus on during your reading.
USE OF CELLULAR PHONES
If you plan to use a cell phone for your reading with Chip, please make sure that you are in a place where you receive excellent (clear and unbroken) reception.
Difficulties with cell phone reception can greatly impact the success of your reading and may result in the necessity for rescheduling.
